When to arrive
Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment for registration purposes.
Late Policy
If you arrive fifteen (15) minutes or later to your scheduled appointment, you will need to reschedule your appointment. Our late policy is necessary to ensure that there is adequate time for your physician to complete your consult.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to make a scheduled appointment, please call the appointment line at (205) 345-3881 as soon as possible so we can offer the appointment time to another patient.
